With apologies to the rolling stones, the raven rambler might be my power animal first sighted in mass at Raven Rock in Harnett County many yea in Eastern NC in my formative years

lovely story. hoping your wife is fine. Have you ever gone to Jordan Lake near Chapel HIll? I have seen lots of warblers during migration season. Keep on keeping on.. and writing to us

I have never been, but now I want to go! I am going to the Carolina Bird Club gathering in January and may try and stop along the way there or back in case you want to go to either spot with me :D

Thank you for your kind comment! There is something about spending time in nature and with birds that allows for a freer expression of emotions.

I would love to see your spot, my backyard sit spot is one of my favorite places to bird and its only 25 feet from my front door!

I really appreciate Neil and his kindness in sharing, it helps alot!
